• $150.00 non refundable deposit per person required for booking.
• Deposits are requested to be made as soon as possible to ensure your room is assigned to you and before March 20, 2015. There are 30 Seats out of Edmonton being held on a first come/first serve basis and those seats include a tax promotion. Seats over and above 30 will be subject to availability and tax increase.
• Final payment is due in full by Oct 9, 2015
• Child price available for age 2 -12 yrs, only applicable if sharing a room with 2 Adults. Infants free of charge if on lap.
• Room categories selection based upon availability. Space has been held for Junior Suites only. Other room categories may be available if so desired as per the pricing.
• The Group will receive private transfers if over 15 passengers departing from applicable Edmonton gateway.
• Assistance with Travel Insurance. Please inquire to ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance coverage.
• Blocked Seating for group if over 15 passengers will be assigned randomly free of charge, closer to travel date. You may also preselect seating if so desired should you have specific needs.
