Nowadays, it sometimes feels like customer service has been lost along the way. My goal is to provide my clients with as positive of a travel experience and solid customer service as possible.
Since starting in the travel business in August, 2006, I have made it my mission to visit as many winter escape destinations out of the Winnipeg market as I could. Since that time, I have had the good fortune to visit the following destinations - Cancun, Mayan Riviera, Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo Vallarta, Ixtapa, Los Cabos, Huatulco, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, Varadero, Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria and Costa Rica.
When visiting these destinations, I have done many site inspections of resorts ranging from 3.5 stars to 5 star calibre. By doing so, I know which resorts I would sell to my clients and which I would not. Being as educated as I can by experiencing things firsthand has helped me to provide better service for my clients.
I'm also experienced with groups - family groups, friend groups and wedding groups.
In addition to travelling to many sun destinations, I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. I'm also experienced with cruising (Alaska, Caribbean, Mediterranean, River cruising) and group tours like Contiki, Globus, Trafalgar.
