The team is managed by Sherri Anne Arsenault, CTA, and has been in operation since 2011. What started as a hobby, born out of a deep passion for travel, has quickly grown to become an enterprise of helping people realize their dreams. Sherri Anne's journeys have taken her from China to the UAE to Morocco. She has traveled extensively in Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada and the US. Continually learning and participating in industry training, Sherri Anne stays current with tourism news from all over the world and uses her expertise to personalize vacations for each of her clients.
Rob Gribble has been traveling for many years and joined the Fareconnect Waterloo team in 2012. He specializes in planning cruise vacations and is particularly happy with Carnival Cruise line as he believes they offer great value for your travel dollars. He has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, staying at various all-inclusive resorts and is gaining experience booking group travel, including destination weddings. He has also traveled to China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. Rob is dedicated to working with clients to find the best value on flights, hotels and car rentals.
Maria Kennedy, who originally hails from Mexico, is very passionate about traveling and is excited about helping others have the experience of a lifetime while discovering all this world has to offer. She can provide first-hand knowledge about where to go in Mexico, but she is happy to help with any vacation plans. Maria graduated from college with a diploma in Business Administration. She stays up to date by attending trade shows and conferences to she can offer the best advice to her clientele and is learning more about planning group travel.
Michael Moodie is our team member who is quickly becoming an expert in planning all-inclusive vacations to the Caribbean and Mexico. Born and raised in Jamaica, he can offer special insight and advice to travelers planning to visit this lovely and vibrant island.
Lydia Della Rocca may be our newest associate, but she isn’t new to the travel industry. Her background is truly customer-centric having worked for Manulife Financial for 30+ years in several service departments. She has extensive sales experience as well. Lydia and her husband been fortunate enough to visit The Philippines, Italy, Amsterdam and cruise both Alaska and the Caribbean. They have stayed in all-inclusives all over the Caribbean. They’ve explored many parts of Canada and love self-drive vacations particularly in the US. Lydia loves that she gets to help people make their vacation dreams a reality.
Rosa was born and raised in Mexico and has traveled extensively throughout the country, from the famous beaches of Cancun, Los Cabos and Mazatlan to the "Magic villages" of San Cristobal de las Casas, Bernal, San Miguel de Allende, the archeological sites of Palenque, Teotihuacan, Edzna, Chichenitza, the Colonial cities of Queretaro, Zacatecas, Guanajuato and the natural site of The Cooper Canyon. Mexico is a huge mosaic of color, culture, history, gastronomy and traditions that are different in every state .She has also traveled to Spain, visiting such highlights as Madrid, Barcelona, Toledo, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Rosa is the expert on all things Spanish!
